History:
Yuki was born into the sohma house as the year of the rat. From a young age he had a lighter perspective on the world and didn't hide his feelings as much as he does now. When he was very young Akito pushed things into his mind about how the world would hate him if they knew the truth about his curse. When he erased the other childrens memories he to closed in on himself.
He always contemplated running away from the sohma house but never got the courage to do such a thing. Eventually instead he goes to live with Shigure sohma to at least get a little away from the family. He decides to attend a female and male school. He does however, hide himself from people, such as emotions because of Akito, feeling isolated.
He has had a deep rooted rivalry with Kyo, the cat due to the zodiac story and just how much their personalities clash. However, despite what he says, he envy's him. It wasn't until Tohru began staying with them. He began opening up himself again and even started calming down around Kyo. There was a time when he also admitted to himself that he loved tohru but at seeing the bond between kyo and her grow stronger, he didn't know what to do.
It was thanks to Tohru and Kyo that the curse was lifted and a year passed. Not much really changed other than the cat's attitude problem, though Yuki never really got over his feelings for Tohru and swore he would tear kyo to pieces if he ever let anything happen to her, well... that was before the accident happened...

Yuki Sohma had been up rather early that morning. He hated mornings. They were the worst part of the day when it came to him. That was why he didn't like to be around people during them. Not wanting to get angry at Tohru or someone who hadn't done anything wrong to him. Kyo however was a different story, he wouldn't hold back if the cat wanted to pick a fight during the morning.
Unfortunately the stupid cat hadn't bothered him that morning. He wondered where they were, Kyo and Tohru were always busy lately, though Yuki understood why, the two had fallen in love with each other and once more Yuki was left on the outside of it. He wouldn't say anything about it though, since well, he didn't want to hurt Tohru, it would be the last thing he ever wanted.
It would be that day however, that he would be the most frightened. He was studying for some of his college classes that Kyo had of course dropped out on when he got a odd call on his phone. He wondered who the caller was before he picked up the phone with a small frown. "Hello?" he said in his normal soft tones.
The message on the other line was dreadful. Tohru.. had been in a horrible accident and they could only get a hold of him. He raced from where he had been studying. Tohru had been working why didn't the d**n cat walk her home? He quickly called another member he could trust. Finding her and pulling her into his arms.
He kept repeating the same things over and over. Things like, it will be okay, and this or that. He was the one that was truly afraid though as tears ran from his violet eyes. He knew that as soon as Tohru was safe he was going to do one thing and one thing only. "That d**n cat! I swear.. i am going to kill him."
