Sebastian hadn't really been in the area all that long. He wasn't all that much aware of everything that went on in Japan. At least he had studied up back in the us on the japanese language actually getting pretty good at it, but it was easily obvious that the male wasn't japanese whatsoever. He was a pureblood american and the only reason he was here, was because of his job.
Sebastian, was a cop, a detective. To be honest, he sort of liked the fact that he got to go to a new place. He couldn't help but admit he was a little homesick though. He felt out of place, and that was never a good thing to feel. He had tried getting rid of such feelings by exploring and had found out all the different activities around the place. Eventually finding himself on the beach.
He had always liked the water even as a little kid. He could remember wanting to be a professional swimmer, if he couldn't' of been a cop. But, he had become a cop, so he hadn't really perused the swimming dream. Sebastian obviously liked his job though. He had left his home, the place he had been all his life to come here. He missed new york city.
He would just get used to. He would have to, this was where the force needed him. That one accident just recently though, it had him thinking. How could a young girl get hit like that? There was no possible way that was an accident. It just couldn't be. He frowned a bit as he thought about it. He wasn't really paying attention as he walked along the shoreline.
That was when he felt his body collide with another. It instantly sent him backpedaling. He hadn't meant to! His mismatched eyes quickly flickered back up to whoever he had managed to collide into. "E-Excuse me! I apologize!" he said quickly hopping that he hadn't caused the other to fall over.
