History:
From the time she started middle school little Kisa was bullied by her classmates for having a strange hair color which came from her zodiac curse of being the tiger. The bullying continued to happen to the point that Kisa decided to lock away her words and stop speaking simply because everything she said her fellow students would laugh at. Those actions made her feel as if she had no real value in the world.
Away from school sweet Kisa had similar problems to her other family members that were cursed with the zodiac. One of the major ones being that she was harmed by Akito and hospitalized for three weeks. The harm came from an outburst that the young Sohma head had experienced after Hiro who was the lamb of the zodiac confessed that he was in love with Kisa.
Eventually Kisa came to know Tohru Honda, the girl who broke the curse on the sohma family. It was with her that the middle school student began to blossom from her fears. She became very close with Tohru, so much so that she began to call her "big sister.' Kisa often looks to Tohru for guidence in situatuions and often follows the older girl around.
With her bond with Tohru also came stronger connections with other members of her family. Specifically Kyo, Yuki, and Hatsu haru. She views them as her older brothers and often runs to them when she is afraid, or when she cannot find Tohru. Also she began to work for a stronger bond with Hiro...although it has not quite become love on her part...she does care for him a lot.
