History:Ruby is the only child of Doctor Nobu Oda and writer Nana Oda. Both of her parents were hard workers who put their career first. So she had to learn to keep quiet when ever her parents were home. She spent most of her time to her self drawing sketches along with making up stories to go along with them. At a young age, she though she did not belong with her parents, she felt she was the odd one out. She loved being out side and making noise. That all stopped when she came across her mother having an affair with one of her teachers, Ruby tried to tell her father he ignored her.
When ruby went to beg, her mother to stop. She just played it off as if it was something the girl just imagined seeing, but since then her mother always punished her by leaving her alone. Most of the time she even abused her at times. During that , she developed a fear of thunder and became extremely depressed when ever she was at home. So she decided to move out on her own as quick as possible with the help of her father.

Sample RP:Her senses slowly began to come back to her. The sounds of the water from the stream grew louder as her eyes adjusted to the lighting that surrounded her. She sat up slowly and rubbed her eyelids, feeling the pain in her neck and back from sleeping on a hard surface. A small groan escaped her lips as she stretched her stiff joints and took a look around. As Karen examined her surroundings, it only took her a few seconds to realize where she was. “ How did I get here?” she wondered, as a chill ran down her spine making her whole body shiver. Of all places, this was not a place she wanted to re-visit.
No one would want to go back to the place where they nearly lost their life.
Flashbacks of that fateful day came whirling back to her. Her attempts to help search for her friends that were lost in the snow storm. The last thing Karen could recall was the smiling faces of her friends her before everything turned into a blur. Even though she felt like she had enough energy to keep moving. Everything happens for a reason, which was the attitude she had towards her life. It may not be obvious now, or even months from now, but her purpose of looking for them would become evident in the future.
At the far end of the hill, a figure began to take shape. She watched intently as the dark shadows began to disperse, feeling uneasy as to what or who it could be. “Ren?” She pondered, clinging onto the small bit of hope that she had. As the last bits of darkness faded away, her hopes were crushed. It turned out to be the last person she wanted to see.
